A festive favorite that sells out every year, our Beef Wellington features a perfectly golden, flaky pastry wrapped around tender, juicy beef, layered with rich mushrooms and flavorful pâté. It’s a true harmony of taste and technique, carefully crafted by our American head chef. It’s also made for life’s most memorable moments.

This year, Beef Wellington will be available from December 31, 2025 to January 4, 2026, at both S&L’s Diner locations.
